LEGAL NOTICE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using any product purchased through this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the responsibilities and limitations set out below, together with the Company's Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the customer's intended application, installation environment, electrical system, and operating requirements.

The customer must carefully review and follow all manufacturer instructions, specifications, warnings, safety requirements, and installation procedures before using the product.

2. Installation Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all products are installed correctly and safely.

Where professional installation is required, the customer must arrange installation through a suitably qualified and competent professional.

The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, malfunction, injury, property damage, or other consequence resulting from improper or unauthorized installation.

3. Electrical System & Power Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the electrical system, wiring, voltage, connections, grounding, load, circuit protection, and other electrical conditions at the installation location are suitable for the product.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

  • Voltage fluctuation;

  • Power surge or power spike;

  • Low or high voltage;

  • Short circuit;

  • Overloading;

  • Incorrect wiring;

  • Incorrect grounding;

  • Electrical leakage;

  • Power outage or power shortage;

  • Restoration of power after an outage;

  • Generator-related electrical issues;

  • Inverter-related issues;

  • Faulty household or commercial electrical systems;

  • Improper electrical connections; or

  • Any other electrical condition outside the Company's reasonable control.

4. Fire, Smoke & Electrical Incidents

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's safety requirements and applicable electrical standards.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible for loss or damage arising from a fire, smoke, explosion, overheating, electrical short circuit, electrical fault, power surge, or other incident where the cause is related to:

  • Improper installation;

  • Incorrect wiring;

  • Improper electrical connections;

  • Customer negligence;

  • Misuse or unauthorized use;

  • Unauthorized modification or repair;

  • Incompatible equipment or accessories;

  • Faulty external electrical infrastructure;

  • Voltage fluctuation or surge;

  • Overloading;

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions; or

  • Other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

5. Loss of Electrical Appliances & Property

The customer acknowledges that electrical equipment may be connected to or operated alongside other electrical appliances, equipment, batteries, inverters, generators, solar systems, or household/commercial electrical infrastructure.

The customer is responsible for protecting their own electrical appliances, equipment, property, and premises through appropriate electrical protection and safety measures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to:

  • TVs;

  • Refrigerators;

  • Air conditioners;

  • Computers;

  • Mobile phones;

  • Chargers;

  • Home appliances;

  • Commercial equipment;

  • Solar equipment;

  • Batteries;

  • Inverters;

  • Generators;

  • Electrical wiring;

  • Other connected equipment; or

  • Any household, commercial, or personal property,

where such loss or damage results from voltage fluctuation, power surge, power outage/restoration, electrical fault, incorrect installation, improper wiring, overload, incompatible equipment, customer negligence, misuse, or other external conditions.

6. Power Outage / Power Shortage

The customer understands that the availability and quality of electricity supplied by the local electricity provider is outside the Company's control.

The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience, business interruption, appliance damage, data loss, or other consequence resulting from:

  • Power outage;

  • Power shortage;

  • Load shedding;

  • Voltage fluctuation;

  • Power surge;

  • Unexpected restoration of electricity;

  • Unstable electricity supply; or

  • Any failure of the external electricity network.

Customers are responsible for taking appropriate protective measures where required for their premises and connected equipment.

7. Fire & Property Damage

Where a fire or property-damage incident occurs, the customer is responsible for immediately taking appropriate safety measures and contacting the relevant emergency services and/or qualified professionals.

The customer should not attempt to operate, repair, disassemble, or modify a product that has been exposed to fire, smoke, water, electrical damage, or other hazardous conditions.

Any warranty, return, replacement, or claim will be subject to technical inspection and the applicable warranty and Company policies.

8. Water, Weather & Environmental Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are installed and operated within the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Water exposure;

  • Flooding;

  • Rain where the product is not rated for such exposure;

  • Excessive heat;

  • Excessive humidity;

  • Dust;

  • Lightning;

  • Storms;

  • Natural disasters; or

  • Other environmental conditions outside the product's specified operating conditions.

9. Lightning & Natural Events

The customer is responsible for appropriate protection of the product and connected equipment against lightning, electrical surges, storms, flooding, and other environmental risks where such protection is reasonably required.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by lightning strikes, storms, flooding, earthquakes, natural disasters, or other acts of nature, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

10. Unauthorized Modification or Repair

The customer must not open, modify, alter, disassemble, repair, or otherwise tamper with the product unless expressly authorized by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

Any unauthorized modification or repair may invalidate applicable warranty coverage.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage or loss resulting from unauthorized modification, repair, alteration, or tampering.

11. Third-Party Accessories & Equipment

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any third-party accessories, cables, adapters, batteries, solar equipment, generators, inverters, or other connected equipment are compatible and approved for use with the product.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by incompatible, defective, unauthorized, or unsuitable third-party equipment.

12. Customer Responsibility for Connected Equipment

Before connecting the product to other appliances or equipment, the customer is responsible for verifying compatibility, power requirements, load requirements, voltage requirements, and safety requirements.

The customer assumes responsibility for any connected equipment that is damaged due to incorrect connection, incompatible equipment, electrical faults, overload, voltage fluctuation, or improper installation.

13. Product Selection

The customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct product, model, capacity, specification, and configuration for their intended use.

The customer should seek appropriate technical advice where required before purchasing or installing the product.

14. Delivery Inspection

The customer is responsible for inspecting the parcel upon delivery where reasonably possible.

Any visible damage, tampering, or missing items should be reported in accordance with the Company's Shipping and Return & Refund Policies.

15. Returns & Logistics Charges

For customer-requested returns, applicable logistics/return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

This includes returns resulting from change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect model selection, or other customer-related reasons.

Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, no logistics/return shipping charges will be charged to the customer, subject to technical verification.

16. Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty does not automatically cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, electrical problems, voltage fluctuation, power surge, fire, water damage, physical damage, incompatible accessories, or other excluded causes.

The product may be technically inspected before a warranty claim is approved.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible for losses or damage caused by the customer's installation, operation, misuse, negligence, electrical system, connected equipment, external power supply, environmental conditions, unauthorized modification, or other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Property damage;

  • Appliance damage;

  • Electrical equipment damage;

  • Fire-related losses;

  • Power outage-related losses;

  • Business interruption;

  • Loss of data;

  • Loss of income;

  • Loss of use;

  • Consequential losses; and

  • Other indirect losses.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

18. Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing a product from the website, the customer confirms that they understand and accept responsibility for:

  1. Selecting the appropriate product.

  2. Ensuring proper and safe installation.

  3. Following all manufacturer instructions.

  4. Maintaining a suitable electrical environment.

  5. Protecting connected electrical appliances and equipment.

  6. Using compatible accessories and equipment.

  7. Taking appropriate precautions against electrical surges and other external risks.

  8. Reporting delivery damage within the applicable period.

  9. Paying applicable logistics charges for customer-requested returns.

  10. Ensuring that the product is used only for its intended purpose.

19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, heavy rain, floods, natural disasters, lightning, power failures, road closures, government restrictions, security conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute shall be subject to applicable Pakistani law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

21. Changes to This Notice

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Legal Notice from time to time.

The latest version published on the website shall apply to future transactions.
